Pumptrack Regulations

 

Like all sports, it is not without its dangers, but by following the rules and using the right protective equipment, injuries can be minimised.
At the entrance to each of our courses, we display information boards with the mandatory rules, directions to the course and all the necessary information.
The user accepts and complies with the rules when entering the sports track.
The operator does not provide any supervision and therefore the use of the track is at your own risk.

Always check your protective equipment and sports equipment before use to make sure they are in perfect working order

Those who start first should have an advantage over those who start later.

On the pump track, priority should be given to those already on the sports track. Never cross the path of others and do not obstruct others.

No motorised or electric vehicles allowed on the track

The weight and speed of the vehicles may vary greatly from the recommended speed of the pump track sports equipment, which may damage the track surface or interfere with the proper operation of the track. In addition, the use of motorised vehicles may also endanger the safety of other track users and the environment.

Persons under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

When using it, concentrate on your activity and take into account your skill level, the weather conditions and the other riders on the track.

Number of people staying in the lodge

Max: x persons
The maximum capacity helps ensure that everyone can enjoy the course properly without it becoming too crowded. Too many people at the same time not only reduces safety, but also degrades the user experience.

Min: 2 people
A minimum of two people ensures that if something happens (e.g. accident, injury), there is someone to call for help or provide first aid.

On wet, snowy, icy track surfaces the use of the track is prohibited!

The use of pump tracks on wet, snowy or icy surfaces is prohibited because the slippery surface reduces the grip of the wheels of the sports equipment on the asphalt, thus increasing the risk of accidents.

Use of a helmet is mandatory! Other protective equipment is highly recommended!

The most important rule of the course is that everyone wears a helmet! At a minimum, a small open helmet is required, but a chin helmet is highly recommended as it protects the face and chin. Wearing additional protective equipment such as mouth guards, knee pads, elbow pads and gloves is also highly recommended for the safety of the athlete

Stepping on the grass and rolling on the grass or gravel is forbidden!

By leaving the asphalt surface, users may bring dirt onto the pitch, which will make it less clean and therefore slippery. In addition, the use of the grass area may also damage the aesthetic and maintenance condition of the track.

You may use the pump track at your own risk only and by entering the track area you agree to the rules of use. In the event of an accident, call the emergency number 112 immediately.

Other unwritten ethical rules

Do not smoke, consume alcohol or any other intoxicating substances on the sports field.

Everyone is equal on the sports field.

Negative discrimination of any kind, racism, religious discrimination, homophobia are not accepted!

Help, encourage and get to know all participants, as a love of the same sport can be the best foundation for a lifelong friendship.
