Kristóf Krausz

@kristofkrausz

“I’m Kristóf Krausz, 18 years old, national BMX freestyle rider, and I’ve been actively competing since I was 15 years old. I’ve been playing sports since I was a little kid, but when I found the BMX feeling, there was nothing to stopping me! Initially, like many of my fellow BMX riders, I started riding my bike on the pumptrack trails. To this day, I train regularly and use the Northern Lines tracks to train for races.

When I started competing in freestyle, I have became even more passionate about the sport and have competed in many races abroad. One of my most memorable experiences was winning first place in my very first competition in France at the FISE Junior Cup Series. But the greatest experience for me is the Hungarian Championships, where I can compete in front of a home crowd and feel real support from the spectators.

One of my long-term goals is to participate in the Olympics, which seems a realistic goal for me by 2028.

Kristóf’s talent has caught our eye for the past 5 years, as he has an outstanding athletic mentality, knowledge and motivation for his age. He shows improvement day by day and proves himself to the judges every time he competes with his pure flow and professional tricks presented with playful ease.

We are proud to have him as a member of the Northern Lines team, and his experience in world ranking competitions helps our construction team to keep our courses as up to date as possible.
